diff\u00e9rentes, avec des \u00e9quipes locales souvent b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, des centres \u00e9loign\u00e9s et peu de temps disponible ?<\/p><p>Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Charlotte Large, infirmi\u00e8re pu\u00e9ricultrice en mission pour l\u2019OPALS, et des agents de sant\u00e9 Kadiatou Balde et Henry Haba, le d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait clair : <strong>poser une trame de formation simple, partag\u00e9e et vivante<\/strong>, capable d\u2019harmoniser les pratiques tout en laissant de la place aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain.<\/p><p>Mon r\u00f4le a \u00e9t\u00e9 de faire le lien entre l\u2019expertise m\u00e9dicale et l\u2019usage r\u00e9el : reformuler, vulgariser, tester des approches p\u00e9dagogiques, et transformer la th\u00e9orie en supports concrets, pens\u00e9s pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s s&rsquo;est aper\u00e7u que certains outils n\u00e9cessitaient plus d\u2019explications. C\u2019est notamment le cas du score d\u2019APGAR.<\/p><p>Le score d\u2019APGAR consiste \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l\u2019adaptation \u00e0 la vie extra-ut\u00e9rine du nouveau-n\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une note globale attribu\u00e9e suite \u00e0 l\u2019observation puis l\u2019\u00e9valuation de cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments sp\u00e9cifiques qui sont le\u00a0rythme cardiaque, la\u00a0respiration, le tonus musculaire, la couleur de la peau et la r\u00e9ponse aux excitations. Chacun des \u00e9l\u00e9ments est not\u00e9 \u00e0 0, 1 ou 2 points, selon les conditions observ\u00e9es. Le r\u00e9sultat total permet l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation globale de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 du nouveau-n\u00e9. Le r\u00e9sultat maximal est de 10 points, \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 la meilleure condition de sant\u00e9 possible, alors qu\u2019un score en dessous de 7 signale une ou des d\u00e9faillances.<\/p><p>Afin de faciliter la compr\u00e9hension des agents de sant\u00e9 et leur travail au quotidien, nous avons imagin\u00e9 cette affiche illustr\u00e9e.<\/p>
